2026 APPRECIATION POST

APPRECIATION POST FOR FIRST HALF OF 2026!

Welcome Friends and Fans!

I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to bring entertainment into your life. Day to day we are bombarded with news items that introduce stress and division into our world. Luckily we are still able come together, grab a bite, and enjoy live music entertainment, and I am very happy to be there for you when you need that escape!

This has been a banner year for many of my musical projects, and I felt the desire to take a second today, to type out some appreciative thoughts around my experiences from the first half of the year, and what’s on tap for the “2nd set” if you will, for 2026!

Fans of Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, and Soundgarden have been loving what I’m doing right now with Jeremy Would Let Me Drown.

We’ve had some landmark shows in the first half of this year like when we celebrated the 35th Anniversary of the “Ten” Album with all of you packing out and singing along at Smith’s Olde Bar in downtown Atlanta, or when we played to a sold out crowds at Mutation Brewing for the 99x Brewtacular Party, or when we performed with Foozer and Frizzle Fries in Athens for the Alt-Rock Fest in April. We also brought strings to the stage at MadLife in March for our “Unplugged plus Strings” show that you came and supported in March! May was huge for the band, packing out 37 Main in Buford, GA, and then hosting the all Alice In Chains Event at Roswell Junction.

More JWLMD to come in the Fall!

In August will be performing our first full “Grunge with Strings” show at the Carrollton Theater for the Arts on August 15th! (There will be 2 more of these events announced soon!) We’ll also be doing another Pearl Jam “Ten” appreciation night in Macon, GA at Society Garden in October… and in November we will be performing on a cruise ship on the “Chris Jericho Rock & Rager At Sea” cruise!

How about BlairOutLoud?

The BlairOutLoud projects have had some landmark moments this year as well. Amanda and I performing as BlairOutLoud DUO have had a lot of great events around town, and we are looking forward to performing at The Mill On Etowah on Friday July 31st, 2026.. so come see us!

BlairOutLoud TRIO performed at Los Magueys Dallas’ last day of business and it was a smash of a day. The place was absolutely packed out (not for us necessarily, but for the restaurant who was forced to move their business to a new location later this year). But the TRIO rocked under a huge tent while they served up delicious food and people rode on a mechanical bull.. it was quite a day!

BlairOutLoud BAND has performed two incredible private events this year.. one in P’Tree City in May, and the other in East Cobb Marietta, GA in June. Both of these events still solidified the relevance of the band, having tons of people dancing and singing along, loving BlairOutLoud entertainment, soaking up everything we could give them.

THANK YOU FRIENDS!

This has been long-winded, but as you can see.. it’s just been an incredible “1st Set” of the year.. and there are so many things to look forward to in the “2nd Set”. So.. we’d love to see you out and about.

If you would like to book a private event.. hit the CONTACT word here and fill out some info, and let’s see what we can cook up for you!

Most of all .. I would like to say Thank You to everyone that has reshared my posts, supported the shows, come to the shows and hit up the tip jar, and just overall made this an incredible year so far. I’m taking a brief break with the family this week, and I’ll be back into the action mid-July.. so I’ll see you out there. CHEERS!
